采用Ｃｚ或双耳垂并联线两种参考电极，分两组观察了８０例急性脑卒中患者。ＣＴ阳性率为９１．２％，ＢＥＡＭ异常率为９８．８％。７例ＣＴ阴性中ＢＥＡＭ异常者６例。指出异常ＢＥＡＭ功率值与病情轻重、病灶大小呈正相关；与病程长短呈负相关，不同参考电极和病灶部位对照，有不同异常值。凡病灶位于底节、外囊的单灶，Ｃｚ组均以前、中颞及枕异异常者为最多，而中央区无异常；耳垂并联为参考电极者，ＢＥＡＭ以中央及枕异为主。
Using Cz or double-lobe parallel line two reference electrodes, two groups were observed in 80 patients with acute stroke. The positive rate of CT was 91.2% and the abnormal rate of BEAM was 98.8%. Six cases of abnormal BEAM were found in 7 cases of CT negative. It is pointed out that the abnormal BEAM power value has a positive correlation with the severity of the disease and the size of the lesion and has a negative correlation with the duration of the disease. There are different outliers for different reference electrodes and lesion sites. Where the lesion is located in the bottom of the outer capsule of a single, Cz group were before, in the temporal and occipital abnormalities were the most, while no abnormalities in the central area; lobes in parallel as the reference electrode, BEAM central and pillow-based.
