目的:采用高血脂症模型大鼠探讨罗勒提取物对血脂调节功能的影响。方法:采用高脂乳剂造成高脂血症模型大鼠,给药一个月后,腹主动脉采血,测定胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),同时检测肝匀浆TC、TG和肝指数。结果:罗勒两种提取物能显著降低大鼠血清中TC、LDL升高HDL,并能显著降低大鼠肝组织中TC、TG。结论:罗勒提取物能有效调节机体脂质代谢,对预防和治疗高血脂症有一定的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of basil extract on blood lipid regulation in hyperlipidemia model rats. METHODS: Rats with hyperlipidemia were induced by high fat emulsion. After one month of administration, blood was collected from the abdominal aorta to determine cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), simultaneous detection of liver homogenates TC, TG and liver index. Results: Two kinds of basil extracts can significantly reduce serum TC and LDL levels in rats and increase HDL, and can significantly reduce TC and TG in rat liver tissue. Conclusion: Basil extract can effectively regulate the lipid metabolism of the body, which has certain application value for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
