随着当前社会主义市场经济的快速发展,地质工程专业工作不仅需要工作人员具有刻苦、耐劳的品格,而且要求工作人员具有灵活处理地质工作中的危险性问题的能力。由于地质专业具有其特殊性,在地质工作中常常面临着危险性技术高难度操作等,这就决定了对于地质工作者的更高要求。本文主要对地质工程专业学生的就业问题进行研究和分析,结合当前大学生就业问题展开讨论,切实的分析当前地质行业的就业问题,并以此来讨论我国地质工程教育上的一些问题。
With the rapid development of the current socialist market economy, the work of geotechnical engineering not only requires the hardworking and hardworking character of the staff, but also requires the staff to have the ability to flexibly handle the dangerous issues in geological work. Due to its particularity in geology specialty, it is often faced with the difficult operation of dangerous technology in geological work, which determines the higher requirements for geological workers. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the employment of geological engineering students, discusses the current employment problem of college students, and analyzes the current employment problems of the geological industry, and discusses some problems of geoengineering education in China.
