一、走进主题教研在学校的倡导下,主题教研迅速走遍了校园,走进了每个教室。我们年级老师齐聚一室、反复讨论,最终确定了“培养学生自主学习习惯”为教研主题。几位老师针对学生特点、自身不足,交流了各自想法,有侧重研究自主学习的,有侧重讨论交流的,还有侧重小组合作的……虽然主题一致,但探讨的侧重点不相同,可谓百花齐放,各有千秋。互相学习中,我切实认识到了主题教研的价值。在几位老师的帮助下,我以“问题引领
