目的观察牛黄熄风胶囊的急性和长期毒性作用。方法①急性毒性试验给药组给以牛黄熄风胶囊0.1g/kg,对照组给以等量生理盐水,均1次灌胃给药观察7d,求得最大耐受量。另取小白鼠80只,随机等分8组,分别按对数剂量1次灌胃给药,观察7d,计算半数致死量(LD50)。②长期毒性实验将大鼠随机分小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组和对照组,给药组分别组以牛黄熄风胶囊的水溶混悬液,连续灌胃42d.结果①急性毒性观察:两组小白鼠各种生理指标差异无显著性,该药的最大耐受量大于10g/kg.计算LD50及LD5095%平均可信限为15.48±1.47g/kg,标准误sx50为0.0123.②长期毒性观察:动物外观、行为、饮食、体重、血象、肝肾功能、主要脏器的脏器系数和病理学检查,均未见药物引起的病理变化。结论牛黄熄风胶囊属无毒类药物。
Objective To observe the acute and long-term toxic effects of Bezoar Xifeng Capsule. Method ① Acute toxicity test: The rats in the treatment group were given Niuhuang Xifeng Capsule 0.1g / kg, while the control group were given the same amount of normal saline. Each group was administered by gavage for 7 days, and the maximum tolerated dose was obtained. Another 80 mice were randomly divided into 8 groups randomly. Each group was administered with a logarithmic dose once a day for 7 days. LD50 was calculated. ② Long-term toxicity test Rats were randomly divided into low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group and control group. The drug-treated rats were administered with aqueous suspension of Bezoar Xifeng capsule continuously for 42 days. Results ① Acute toxicity observation: There was no significant difference in the physiological indexes between the two groups of mice, and the maximum tolerated dose of the drug was more than 10g / kg. The calculated average confidence limits for LD50 and LD5095% were 15.48 ± 1.47g / kg and the standard error sx50 was 0.0123. ② Long-term toxicity observation: The appearance, behavior, diet, body weight, blood, liver and kidney function, viscera coefficient of major organs and pathological examination showed no pathological changes caused by drugs. Conclusion bezoar Xifeng capsule is a non-toxic drugs.
