目的帮助及时识别及了解巨R波型ST段抬高的表现及意义。方法整理8例患者的临床诊断及心电图表现。结果 8例患者的心电图表现至少在V_4~V_6导联均呈巨R波型ST段抬高,均在住院期间死亡。结论巨R波型ST段抬高表现,不仅仅见于急性心肌梗死超急性期,还可见于严重脑挫裂伤、脑出血及其他严重的、急性的病变,且死亡率很高。
Objective To help identify and understand the performance and significance of macro R wave ST segment elevation in time. Methods 8 cases of patients with clinical diagnosis and ECG performance. Results The electrocardiographic findings of 8 patients showed giant R wave ST segment elevation at least in V_4 ~ V_6 leads, all of which died during hospitalization. Conclusions The manifestation of giant R wave ST segment elevation is not only found in the hyperacute stage of acute myocardial infarction but also in severe brain contusion, cerebral hemorrhage and other serious and acute lesions with high mortality.
