以培养的肿瘤细胞为观察对象。对影响软X线接触显微术(SXCM)图像质量的因素进行了分析、讨论。这些因素包括:细胞样品的制备、软X线光源的性能、显影深度的控制及后继放大的实验条件等。同时,作者还对某些因素提出了一些相应的解决办法。
The cultured tumor cells were observed. Factors that affect soft X-ray contact microscopy (SXCM) image quality were analyzed and discussed. These factors include: the preparation of cell samples, the performance of soft X-ray light source, the depth of development control and subsequent amplification of the experimental conditions. At the same time, the author also put forward some corresponding solutions to some factors.
