伴随着我国医疗事业的不断发展,医院的规模也在逐渐扩大,这使得传统的管理模式已经不在适应当前的医院管理,为此,一些医院逐渐将走动式管理模式应用在医院的人事管理中,这对医院的管理水平提高具有非常重要的作用,同时也对医院的相关工作者权益进行了有效的保护。本文对当前医院人事管理中的走动式管理模式的应用进行了简单的分析。
With the continuous development of the medical industry in China, the scale of the hospital is also gradually expanding, which makes the traditional management model has not been adapted to the current hospital management.
