受市场经济浪潮的冲击,一些国有企事业的管理者过分注重经济效益、忽视思想政治工作的现象已司空见惯。在新形势下,医院的部分政工人员对自身角色的定位、工作内容的确立、工作方式的选择也失去准头。于是,医院员工的思想问题、心理问题与日俱增,以至于影响医院的持续、有效、快速发展。医院员工思想政治工作的方式亟待创新;医院思想政治工作的实效急需提高。因此,更新思想政治工作理念、转换思想政治工作人员角色、转变思想政治工作模式,成为加强医院思想政治工作,提高医院核心竞争力的重要课题。
Inspired by the tide of the market economy, managers of some state-owned enterprises and enterprises have paid too much attention to economic benefits. It has become commonplace to ignore the ideological and political work. Under the new situation, part of the political workers in the hospital have lost their position in the positioning of their own roles, the establishment of work contents and the choice of working methods. As a result, the ideological problems of hospital staff, psychological problems are increasing, so that the impact of the hospital sustained, effective and rapid development. The way of ideological and political work in hospital staff urgently needs to be innovated; the effectiveness of hospital ideological and political work urgently needs to be improved. Therefore, updating the concept of ideological and political work, changing the role of ideological and political staff, and changing the ideological and political work mode have become important topics for strengthening the ideological and political work in hospitals and improving the core competitiveness of hospitals.
