目的:探讨益气活血剂治疗儿童肾病综合征合并高凝状态的疗效。方法:将符合儿童肾病综合症并高凝状态的60例患儿随机分组,对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组予常规强的松治疗,治疗组在采用与对照组相同的西医治疗方案基础上,以益气活血剂为基本方的中药治疗,8周后观察疗效和评价高凝状态。结果:治疗组疗效和高凝状态的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血剂能提高儿童肾病综合征治疗效果,改善高凝状态。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on children with nephrotic syndrome complicated with hypercoagulable state. Methods: Sixty children with nephrotic syndrome and hypercoagulable state were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (30 cases). The control group was treated with prednisone. The treatment group was treated with the same western medicine treatment Based on the Yiqi Huoxue agent as the basic side of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, 8 weeks after the observation of efficacy and evaluation of hypercoagulable state. Results: The improvement of curative effect and hypercoagulability in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue can improve the therapeutic effect of children with nephrotic syndrome and improve hypercoagulable state.
