通过测定丙烯酸 -丙烯酸酯共聚物在 Al2 O3粉体上的等温吸附曲线及悬浮液的ζ电位 ,研究了共聚物对粉体表面特性的影响 .结果表明 ,共聚物的加入可使 Al2 O3的等电点向低 p H方向移动 ,并可显著改善浆料的稳定性 .FTIR研究表明 ,吸附的共聚物通过羧基与粉体表面的铝离子发生相互作用 .通过对沉积物表面 SEM照片的灰度分析发现 ,其表面形貌具有分形特征 .对形貌分维值 Df 的测定表明 ,Df 的大小与分散剂对 Al2 O3的稳定效果有一定关系
By measuring the isothermal adsorption curve of acrylic acid-acrylic acid ester copolymer on Al2 O3 powder and the zeta potential of the suspension, the influence of the copolymer on the surface properties of the powder was investigated. The results show that the addition of copolymer can make Al2 O3 etc. The electric point moves to the low p H direction and can remarkably improve the stability of the slurry.The FTIR study shows that the adsorbed copolymer interacts with the aluminum ions on the surface of the powder through the carboxyl groups.The grayscale The results show that the surface morphology has the fractal characteristics.The determination of the fractal dimension Df of the morphology shows that the size of Df is related to the stabilizing effect of dispersant on Al 2 O 3
