测定了56例NIDDM患者血浆皮内素水平和红细胞膜微粘度。结果显示:NIDDM患者血浆内皮素及红细胞膜微粘度明显较正常人增高,并且NIDDM思考血浆内皮素(ET)与空腹血糖及红细胞膜微粘度呈明显正相关。与血浆胰岛素呈明显负相关。说明长期高血糖可导致NIDDM患者红细胞膜微粘度增高,而引起微循环障碍,也可导致内皮细胞损伤,使ET释放增加,而内皮素引起的缩血管作用又加重微循环障碍,上述恶性循环可能与糖尿病微血管病变发生有关。
