为了解青少年花样滑冰运动的损伤部位及发生机制,提出有效预防或降低运动损伤发生的对策。利用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对以往研究进行归纳、演绎与分析,总结得出:青少年花样滑冰运动引起的损伤以下肢居多,膝关节为主要受损部位,同时因摔倒导致的急性损伤也较为常见。基于受伤机制和部位,提示青少年预防损伤首先应着重强调提高身体素质,尤其是下肢力量、耐力和柔韧的发展;其次,应提高运动水平、做好准备和整理活动、避免单一动作过度练习;最后,在经济条件允许的前提下,应尽量选择好的场地和运动装备,以达到降低运动损伤发生率、延长运动寿命的效用。
