我校实行的“四步自主”教学法的核心环节是:引情激趣,集体设疑,师生合作,整体完善。一、进行科学的分组教师按学生的特长,将爱动的和爱静的,接受能力快的和慢的,兴趣浓厚和兴趣淡漠的等进行分组。如每组里都包含接受能力快、中、慢三个层次的学生,这样,接受能力快的队员可以带动慢的队员,提高学习效率。尽量把每组的人员安排均匀,有利于小组之间的学习和竞争。教师则扮演引导者、合作者、促进者,随时加入某小组与学生合作学习。
