本会沉积学会于三月十五日十六日在北京召开了理事会会议(扩大到沉积学报编委和特邀代表),由沉积学会理事长叶连俊主持。会议听取了一九八一年工作汇报,讨论了一九八二年至一九八五年学会活动的初步安排。会议着重讨论了筹备出版《沉积学报》的有关事宜。理事和编委就学报的方向、特色等重要问题发表了意见,要求必须坚持质量,做到有利于学术思想的交流,促进 The Institute for Sedimentology convened a board meeting in Beijing on March 16 (extended to editorial board members and invited representatives of Sedimentology Institute) and was chaired by Ye Lianjun, chairman of the Sediment Institute. The meeting heard a report on its work in 1981 and discussed the preliminary arrangements for the Association’s activities from 1982 to 1985. The meeting focused on preparing for the publication of “Sediment” on the issue.
