目的通过检测分析,探讨精子相关抗原9(SPAG 9)在宫颈腺癌组织中的表达及其临床价值。方法以2010年1月-2015年2月湖州市妇幼保健院收集的正常宫颈组织20例和宫颈腺癌组织60例为研究对象,采用免疫组化SABC法检测其表达水平。结果正常宫颈组织中,SPAG 9阳性表达率为0;而在宫颈腺癌中,其阳性表达率为100.00%。通过H-score值分析显示,宫颈腺癌不同病理分级中的SPAG 9表达比较差异有意义(t=0.658,P<0.05),但不同临床分期和盆腔淋巴结转移SPAG 9表达比较差异无意义(t=0.711、1.874,P均>0.05)。宫颈腺癌中,低分化组SPAG 9蛋白的表达为(3.28±0.51)分,高、中分化为(3.15±0.42)分,两者比较,差异有意义(P<0.05)。有盆腔淋巴结转SPAG 9蛋白的表达为(3.35±0.42)分,无淋巴结转移为(3.21±0.27)分,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅱ~Ⅳ期宫颈腺癌患者SPAG 9蛋白的表达为(3.33±0.36)分,Ⅰ期为(3.06±0.41)分,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫颈腺癌组织中,SPAG 9蛋白存在高表达,可能与宫颈腺癌的发生和发展有关并发挥着重要作用,其可以成为诊断和判断预后的标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of SPAG 9 in cervical adenocarcinoma by detecting and analyzing. Methods Twenty cases of normal cervical tissue and 60 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma collected from Huazhong MCH in January 2010-February 2015 were selected as the research objects. The expression of SACC was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results In normal cervical tissue, the positive rate of SPAG 9 was 0, while in cervical adenocarcinoma, the positive rate was 100.00%. H-score analysis showed that SPAG 9 expression was significantly different in different pathological grades of cervical adenocarcinoma (t = 0.658, P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in SPAG 9 expression between different clinical stages and pelvic lymph node metastasis = 0.711, 1.874, P> 0.05). In cervical adenocarcinoma, the expression of SPAG 9 protein in poorly differentiated group was (3.28 ± 0.51) points, high and moderately differentiated to (3.15 ± 0.42) points, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The expression of SPAG 9 in pelvic lymphatic metastasis was (3.35 ± 0.42) min and no lymph node metastasis was (3.21 ± 0.27) min, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The SPAG 9 protein expression in patients with (3.33 ± 0.36) points, Ⅰ (3.06 ± 0.41) points, the two, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of SPAG 9 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical adenocarcinoma. It may become a marker for diagnosis and prognosis.
