目的了解福建省外环境军团菌分离株情况。方法 2008~2013年每年的7~10月共采集465份外环境水样标本,应用常规分离方法进行军团菌分离培养、血清分型及鉴定,并以聚合酶链式反应(PCR)加以验证。结果2008~2013年共检测465份外环境水样,检出120株菌株,检出阳性率25.81%。以冷却塔水检出阳性率31.14%为最高,血清型主要以LP1占66.67%(80/120)为主;分离到菌株的时间主要集中在7月37.50%(45/120)和8月43.33%(52/120),7个设区市均分离到军团菌。结论福建省2008~2013年7个设区市均有军团菌的污染情况,军团菌菌株存在着多样性,主要以LP1血清型为主。
Objective To understand the situation of Legionella isolates in Fujian Province. Methods A total of 465 samples of environmental water samples were collected from July to October in 2008-2013. Legionella isolates were isolated and identified by routine isolation methods. The PCR products were also validated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results A total of 465 water samples were collected from 2008 to 2013 and 120 strains were detected. The positive rate was 25.81%. The highest positive rate was 31.14% in the cooling tower water, and the main serotypes were 66.67% (80/120) in LP1. The time of isolation was mainly in July 37.50% (45/120) and August 43.33 % (52/120), the seven districts and municipalities were isolated Legionella. Conclusion The contamination of Legionella in seven districts and districts of Fujian Province from 2008 to 2013 showed that there were diversity of Legionella strains, mainly LP1 serotypes.
