在近 10年内按季度收集了同一个人的头发样品 33份和指甲样品 41份 ,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人发和指甲中的锰和镍含量。并分别绘制了锰和镍随时间 (年 )变化曲线。获得锰含量波动范围 :人发中 0 .2 10 0— 1.5 0 0 μg/g、指甲中 0 .830 0— 2 .391μg/g;镍含量波动范围 :人发中 0 .490 0— 1.75 0 μg/g、指甲中 1.179— 4.184μg/g。含量变化曲线均具有非线性特征。
In the past 10 years, 33 samples of the hair of the same individual and 41 samples of nails were collected on a quarterly basis. The contents of manganese and nickel in human hair and nails were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. And draw the curves of manganese and nickel over time (year) respectively.
