随着扭矩仪的出现,目前在研制和生产风机的过程中,风机生产厂家在测试风机空气动力性能时普遍采用扭矩法测量风机轴功率,而过去采用的电测法则认为精度不高而被轻视。但是电测法却具有投资小,测试方法灵便,不需固定试验台等优点,特别是在风机使用单位对运行风机进行性能测试时,具有扭矩法不可比拟的优点。为了充分发挥电测法的作用,我们用两种方法同时对风机性能进行测试,并求得电测法测试结果的误差和影响因素。一、对比研究的测试方案及试验设备
With the advent of the torque meter, in the process of developing and manufacturing the fan, the fan manufacturer generally uses the torque method to measure the power of the fan shaft when testing the aerodynamic performance of the fan. In the past, the electrical measurement method used was less accurate and was neglected . However, the electrical measurement method has the advantages of small investment, flexible testing method, no fixed test bench, and the like, especially when the fan unit is used to perform performance tests on the running fan, and has the incomparable advantages of the torque method. In order to give full play to the role of electrical measurement method, we use two methods to test the performance of the fan at the same time, and obtain the test results of electrical measurement error and influencing factors.
