目的为了探讨反复自然流产与染色体异常的关系。方法对265对有反复自然流产史夫妇,采用外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养技术,进行常规G显带核型分析。结果265对反复自然流产夫妇中,共检出异常染色体核型37例,异常发生率为14.0%(37/265),占受检个体的7.0%(37/530)。其中数目异常1例,占2.7%(1/37),结构异常36例,占97.3%(36/37)。结论染色体异常是导致反复自然流产的重要原因之一。染色体核型分析对有反复自然流产史夫妇的优生咨询、再孕指导与监测,防止患儿出生,提高出生人口素质有重要意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and chromosomal abnormalities. Methods 265 pairs of recurrent spontaneous abortion history of the couple, using peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome culture techniques, conventional G-banding karyotype analysis. Results A total of 265 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion were detected in 37 cases of abnormal chromosome karyotypes. The abnormal incidence rate was 14.0% (37/265), accounting for 7.0% (37/530) of the subjects tested. The number of abnormalities in 1 case, accounting for 2.7% (1/37), structural abnormalities in 36 cases, accounting for 97.3% (36/37). Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the important causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Chromosome karyotype analysis of recurrent spontaneous abortion couples history of counseling, pregnancy guidance and monitoring, to prevent the birth of children, improve the quality of the population of birth is of great significance.
