档案管理工作是一项繁重细致的重要工作,它包含了档案的整理、管理、鉴别、保存、查询等内容。人事档案工作是企业组织人事工作的重要组成部分,也是企业档案工作的重要组成部分。在企业日常人事管理工作中,按照党的政策,在工作中形成的记载个人经历、政治思想、品德作风、业务能力、工作表现、工作实绩、工资待遇等内容的文件材料,是人力资源管理与开发的重要依据,是反映个人成长历史的凭证和依据。尽管大部分企业比较重视人事档案管理,然而仍有许多问题急需改进。
