利用静电纺丝技术制备具有抗紫外性能的PVP/芦丁纳米纤维膜。通过扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析纳米纤维的表面形态及PVP与芦丁之间的相互作用,结果表明:芦丁的加入使PVP纳米纤维的平均直径增大,但基本不影响其表观形态;PVP和芦丁之间存在氢键作用。PVP/芦丁纳米纤维膜的抗紫外测试结果表明,当芦丁的添加量达到2.3%时,抗紫外线系数达到40,表明负载芦丁的纳米纤维膜具有良好的抗紫外性能。
Preparation of PVP / Rutin Nanofibrous Membrane with UV Resistance by Electrospinning. The surface morphology of nanofibers and the interaction between PVP and rutin were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the average diameter of PVP nanofibers increased with the addition of rutin but did not affect the Apparent morphology; there is hydrogen bond between PVP and rutin. The UV-resistance of PVP / ruthenium nanofibers showed that the anti-UV coefficient reached 40 when rutin was added to 2.3%, indicating that rutin-loaded nanofibrous membranes have good UV-resistance.
