C616车床在加工洗衣机的小轴时,启动(正转)十分频繁,容易造成车床有关零件的损坏。为了解决这一问题,我们制做了固定在变速箱箱盖上的刹车装置。现将其结构原理介绍如下。刹车装置(见图示)的刹车带4用铆钉连接在弧形板5上,弧形板的弧度根据皮带轮3的内圆大小而定。弧形板焊在齿条8的下端。齿条的中间开有一导向槽并能沿导向小轴7做上下移动。轴10由轴瓦架14固定在变速箱盖上轴的前端齿轮9上。轴的另一端用连
