随着我国教育战略的不断改革和调整,高职类院校为国家培养了很多优秀的人才,为社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是,高职类院校同样在人才培养上面临着许多困境,很多学校过于注重学生技能方面的培养,不能够满足社会的发展需求,从而影响了学生未来的发展。所以,要想让我国变成国际制造强国,就要加强学生工匠精神的培养,树立职业教育改革的新目标,这样才符合我国高职院校的发展需求,有利于为国家培养具有工匠精神的高新技术人才,促使我国成为世界上的经济强国。
With the continuous reform and adjustment of China’s education strategy, higher vocational colleges have trained many excellent talents for the country and made tremendous contributions to social development. However, higher vocational colleges also face many difficulties in personnel training. Many schools place too much emphasis on students’ skills development and can not meet the development needs of society, thus affecting their future development. Therefore, in order to turn our country into an international manufacturing power, we must strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of artisans and establish a new target for the reform of vocational education so as to meet the development needs of higher vocational colleges in our country and to help train the country with artisans High-tech talent, prompting our country to become the world’s economic power.
