本文首先回顾了国内外FDI工资效应的研究状况,并描述了FDI在山东省的分布现状,然后利用山东省2000~2009年的FDI与工资等面板数据,对山东省FDI工资效应建立计量模型进行回归分析。实证结果表明,山东省5市和总体数据外商投资规模对劳动力工资水平呈正效应,但由于FDI的区域分布不均衡,各市FDI对劳动力工资水平的影响程度也不同。
This paper first reviews the research status of FDI wage effect at home and abroad, and describes the distribution of FDI in Shandong Province. Using the panel data of FDI and salary in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2009, we establish the econometric model of FDI effect in Shandong Province regression analysis. The empirical results show that the scale of foreign investment in 5 cities in Shandong Province and the overall data have a positive effect on the wage level of labor force, but due to the unbalanced regional distribution of FDI, the degree of impact of FDI on the labor wage level in each city is also different.
