探索符合影响创新活动过程与机理的创新环境评价研究是实现中国创新驱动发展战略的前提。为了有效测度创新环境对企业创新的驱动作用,根据外部环境要素对企业创新活动的作用关系,本文提出了由保障效应、动力效应、网络效应构成的创新环境维度构成和指标体系,运用Entropy-Topsis模型对中国制造业企业创新环境进行实证评价,比较了区域间创新环境建设现状差异。评价结果显示,评价模型可以较好地反映各地区创新环境建设水平,并能反映其在结构上的差异性,研究成果有助于为区域创新环境优化和指导企业高效利用外部环境支持创新活动提供理论依据和实践支持。
It is a prerequisite to explore innovative environmental assessment that meets the process and mechanism of influencing innovation activities. In order to effectively measure the driving effect of innovation environment on enterprise innovation, according to the relationship between external environment factors and enterprise innovation activity, this paper proposes a composition and index system of innovation environment composed of security effect, dynamic effect and network effect. Entropy-Topsis The model empirically evaluates the innovation environment of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and compares the differences in the status quo of innovation and environment construction among regions. The evaluation results show that the evaluation model can better reflect the level of innovation environment construction in each region and reflect its structural differences. The research results are helpful to optimize the regional innovation environment and guide enterprises to make efficient use of external environment to support innovation activities Theoretical basis and practical support.
