目的识别、分析苯抽提生产装置的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害的关键控制点,提出防治措施对策。方法对现场进行职业卫生学调查并依据GBZ 159-2004《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,进行现场职业病危害因素检测。结果该装置存在的职业危害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、正庚烷、戊烷、液化石油、溶剂汽油、抽余油、硫化氢和噪声。检测结果:工作场所空气中有害物质浓度均符合职业限值要求,作业点和样品数合格率为100%。噪声8 h等效声级符合职业卫生限值要求,合格率为100%。结论该装置采取的防毒、防噪等设施运行有效。应重点加强关键控制点的职业卫生管理,确实保护工人的身体健康。
Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards of benzene extraction plant, determine the key control points of occupational hazards, and propose measures for prevention and control measures. Methods Occupational hygiene survey was conducted on the spot and the occupational disease hazard factors were detected in accordance with GBZ 159-2004 Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Airborne Hazardous Materials in Workplace. Results Occupational hazards of the unit included benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, n-heptane, pentane, liquefied petroleum gas, solvent gasoline, raffinate, hydrogen sulfide and noise. Test results: The concentration of harmful substances in the workplace air meets the occupational limit requirements, the number of operating points and the sample pass rate of 100%. Noise 8 h equivalent sound level in line with occupational health requirements, with a pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The device adopts anti-virus, anti-noise and other facilities to run effectively. Should focus on strengthening occupational health management at key control points, do protect the health of workers.
