在分析空气弹簧各种非线性因素的基础上,根据立式振动磨机实际工况,建立空气弹簧有限元模型。仿真计算得到不同内压条件下垂向和横向刚度曲线,与试验结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性,并进一步讨论了空气弹簧帘布层对其垂向特性的影响。为设计振动磨机提供了依据,并为进一步研究基于虚拟样机技术的立式振动磨机多体动力学模型提供了重要的力学参数。
Based on the analysis of various nonlinear factors of air spring, the finite element model of air spring is established according to the actual working condition of vertical vibration mill. The vertical and transverse stiffness curves under different internal pressures were obtained by simulation. Compared with the experimental results, the correctness of the model was verified and the influence of the air spring ply on the vertical characteristics was also discussed. It provided the basis for the design of vibration mill and provided important mechanical parameters for further study on the multi-body dynamic model of vertical vibration mill based on virtual prototyping technology.
