对于高凝油井的采油一直是靠加热降稠来提高产量。多年来人们对各种类型油井加热方式进行探索,以适应高凝油井不同采油方式的需要。但对于潜油电泵井、自喷井、天然气井等无杆采油井,就一直没有比较理想的加热方式。该文对新研制的一种能靠自身发热,并可反复弯曲使用的高凝油井加热电缆及其采油应用做了论述。加热电缆导体采用了重量轻、强度高的稀土高铁铝合金导体,减轻了深井大长度加热电缆的下垂重量。同时,加热电缆采用了双层镀锌钢带护套,与导体形成回路,利用集肤效应、涡流效应原理进行加热。钢带护套既起到加热体作用,又起到承载自身重量的作用。通过交流变频的调节,实现了加热温度的自动控制,可大幅提高高凝油井的采油量。
Oil production for highly condensable wells has been reduced by heating to increase production. Over the years, people have explored various types of well heating methods to meet the needs of different oil recovery methods in high-pouring wells. However, for submersible electric pump wells, self-spraying wells, natural gas wells and other rodless oil wells, there has been no ideal heating method. This paper discusses a newly developed high condensate oil well heating cable and its oil recovery application, which can generate heat by itself and can be repeatedly bent. Heating cable conductor with a light weight, high strength rare earth high-iron aluminum alloy conductor, reducing the heavy weight of the deep-length heating cable droop. At the same time, the heating cable uses a double galvanized steel sheath, forming a loop with the conductor, using the skin effect, eddy current effect of the principle of heating. Steel jacket both play the role of heating body, but also play a role in carrying its own weight. Through the exchange of frequency regulation, to achieve the automatic control of heating temperature, can greatly improve the high pouring oil production wells.
