我院于1984年12月开始使用血卟啉衍生物——光卟啉注射液,至今年6月底,共治疗鼻咽癌等恶性肿瘤30例,取得了一定的临床疗效,现报导如下: 一、药物来源:光卟啉注射液是由江苏杨州生化制药厂生产提供,为瓶装棕色液,每瓶含125mg/25ml,避光保存冰柜内约3℃左右。 二、光源:使用南京七七二厂生产的氩离子激光机(360型)泵浦北京光电研究所生产的染料激光仪(激发物质为若丹明B),用作治疗的波长为6300 A。藕合光纤后输出功率保持在300mw以上。
In December 1984, our hospital began to use hemoporphyrin derivative, photopurlin injection. By the end of June this year, a total of 30 cases of malignant tumors such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated. The clinical curative effect was achieved. The following are reported: Drug source: Photopurinol injection is produced by Jiangsu Yangzhou Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. It is a bottled brown liquid containing 125mg/25ml of each bottle. It is about 3°C away from the freezer. Second, the light source: The use of Nanjing 718 production of argon ion laser machine (360 type) pump Beijing Institute of Optometry dye laser (promotion substance is Rhodamine B), used as a treatment wavelength of 6300 A. The output power is maintained at more than 300mw after the fiber is bundled.
