人生莫大的快乐是求知并与人分享。当年毕达哥拉斯发现“勾股定理(西方称毕达哥拉斯定理)”时宰杀了100头牛来庆祝,其快乐可谓“虽南面王而不易”。笔者曾对房地产业说了一句前无古人的话:房地产三分之一是宏观问题,三分之一是金融问题,三分之一才是房地产自己的问题。得到业界尤其是房地产专家的认同,私下里也大大开心了一把。从宏观经济角度看中国房地产是笔者情有独钟的一个角度,但以前从未系统地从这个角度进行梳理。借此机会提出六大展开性的观点。宏观经济的发展阶段将根本决定房地产的发展为什么中国当前房地产业发展如火如荼?一个最主要的原因是中国进入了人均1000-4000美元的发展阶段,这个阶段正是房地产发展的黄金阶段,在一定收入支撑下的旺盛消费成为房地产发展恒久的“经济加速器”。
