目的:分析腹腔镜粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效.方法:研究对象截取的时间区间在2019年5月-2020年5月期间,以我院收治的90例粘连性肠梗阻患者为调查对象,根据治疗方案的不同,将其分成两组,选45例患者采用传统开腹手术治疗,纳入常规组,其余45例患者选择腹腔镜粘连松解术治疗,纳入研究组,分析治疗效果.结果:研究组手术时间、首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间相对更短,p＜0.05.结论:腹腔镜粘连松解术在粘连性肠梗阻患者中的治疗效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,值得推广.
