本文探讨了将云纹法和有限元法相结合进行塑性变形模拟的方法。把云纹实验得到的位移值作为初值进行有限元计算,用实测载荷反复校验、修正,直至求出整个变形过程的全解。编制了云纹有限元计算程序,并用此对镦粗过程进行了分析。计算结果与实验对比表明,该法具有较高的计算精度,起到了减少云纹实验求解塑性变形全过程的作用,是一种有效的手段,值得更深入研究。
This paper discusses the method of combining plastic moire method and finite element method to simulate plastic deformation. The displacement value obtained from the moire experiment is used as the initial value for the finite element calculation. The measured load is repeatedly checked and corrected until the whole solution of the deformation process is obtained. The moire finite element program has been programmed and used to analyze the upsetting process. The results of calculation and experiments show that this method has high calculation accuracy and plays an important role in reducing the whole process of plastic deformation by moire experiment. It is an effective method that deserves further study.
