本人在专业外贸公司已工作了37个年头,虽无宝贵经验可言,但体会却是不少.这里我想说三点体会并对今后如何同我们的新、老客户建立牢固的关系阐述一些肤浅的意见.先谈体会.第一,要尊重客户.从我们卖方角度说,一开始建立业务关系就必须尊重客户.不管对方是大客户还是小客户甚至是过路客,我们的态度是一视同仁,即使在计划经济体制下,只有少数口岸和公司有对外经营权、出口商品象“皇帝的女儿不愁嫁”的情况下,我们也十分重视与客户的关系,竭力避免“朝南坐”的官商作风.
