目的:分析应用PDCA循环管理模式进行手术室贵重器械管理的效果。方法:自2013年起浙江省江山市人民医院实施PDCA模式进行手术室贵重器械管理,比较实施后(2013年)和实施前(2012年)的器械完好率、器械使用率、手术医师满意度以及管理人员考核评分情况。结果:实施PDCA管理后,器械完好率从实施前的90%提高到99%,器械使用率从92%提高到100%,手术医生的满意度从85%提高到98%,贵重器械管理人员的考核平均分从(72.5±11.4)分提高到(95.4±3.3)分(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA管理用于手术室贵重器械管理的效果显著,能够有效提高手术医师的满意度、管理人员的专业素质,以及贵重器械的使用率和完好率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of management of valuable equipment in operating room by PDCA cycle management model. Methods: Since 2013, the People’s Hospital of Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province implemented the PDCA model for the management of valuable equipment in operating theaters, comparing the equipment intact rate, equipment utilization rate, surgeon satisfaction degree after implementation (2013) and before implementation (2012) Management staff to assess the score. RESULTS: After PDCA administration, device availability improved from 90% pre-implementation to 99%, device utilization increased from 92% to 100%, surgeon satisfaction increased from 85% to 98%, and the value of device management The average score of examination increased from (72.5 ± 11.4) to (95.4 ± 3.3) points (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PDCA management has significant effect on the management of valuable equipment in operating room, which can effectively improve the satisfaction of surgeons, professional qualities of managers and the utilization rate and intact rate of valuable equipment.
