目的 研究p16蛋白和c -erbB -2蛋白在脑胶质瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用S -P免疫组化技术检测 6 0例脑胶质瘤中p16蛋白及c -erbB -2蛋白的表达 ,以 10例正常脑组织作对照。结果 p16蛋白在脑胶质瘤及正常脑组织中的阳性表达率为 43 %和 90 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;c -erbB -2蛋白在脑胶质瘤及正常脑组织中的阳性表达率为 42 %和 0 (P <0 .0 5 )。脑胶质瘤中p16蛋白缺失率在死亡组和生存组为 74%和 32 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;c -erbB -2蛋白过度表达率在死亡组和生存组为 6 8%和 2 7% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 p16蛋白缺失和c -erbB -2蛋白过度表达与脑胶质瘤发生、发展有密切关系。检测p16蛋白和c -erbB -2蛋白在脑胶质瘤中的表达对脑胶质瘤预后的评估有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the role of p16 protein and c-erbB-2 protein in the pathogenesis and progression of glioma. Methods The expression of p16 and c-erbB-2 protein in 60 gliomas was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Ten normal brain tissues were used as controls. Results The positive rates of p16 protein in gliomas and normal brain tissues were 43% and 90%, respectively (P <0.05). The positive rate of c-erbB-2 protein in gliomas and normal brain tissues The expression rates were 42% and 0 (P <0.05). The loss rate of p16 protein in glioma was 74% and 32% in the death group and the survival group (P <0.05), while the overexpression rate of c-erbB-2 protein in the death group and survival group was 68% and 2 7% (P <0. 05). Conclusion The loss of p16 protein and overexpression of c-erbB-2 are closely related to the occurrence and development of glioma. Detecting the expression of p16 protein and c-erbB-2 protein in glioma has a positive effect on the prognosis of glioma.
