目的对来本院体检的教职工血尿酸、血糖、血脂(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)和肝功能(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶)结果进行分析,为疾病的预防和制定合理科学的膳食结构提供依据。方法对2014年来本院参加职工体检的教职工,进行血尿酸、血糖、血脂和肝功能的测定,并对结果按性别、年龄进行分析。结果男、女各指标差异较大,同性别各年龄组之间也有一定的差异,特别是到中老年之后。同时这些生化指标的异常率也比较的高。结论本校职工体检的血尿酸、血糖、血脂的异常率比较高,特别是男性的血尿酸以及男女的血糖和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的异常率很高。这些指标的异常将会大大增加代谢性疾病发生的危险。因此定期的体检是必要的,同时普及健康教育,提倡合理的膳食以及适当的运动,预防代谢性疾病的发生。
Objective To analyze the results of blood uric acid, blood glucose, blood lipid (triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol) and liver function (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase) Provide the basis for the prevention of diseases and the development of a reasonable and scientific dietary structure. Methods The faculty members who participated in the physical examinations of workers in our hospital in 2014 were tested for serum uric acid, blood glucose, blood lipid and liver function. The results were analyzed by gender and age. Results There were significant differences between male and female indicators, and there were also some differences between the same sex and age groups, especially after middle-aged and elderly people. At the same time, the abnormal rate of these biochemical indicators is also relatively high. Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood uric acid, blood sugar and blood lipid in our school workers is relatively high. Especially, the abnormal rate of blood uric acid in men and the blood glucose and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in men and women are high. Abnormality of these indicators will greatly increase the risk of metabolic diseases. Therefore, regular physical examination is necessary, at the same time universal health education, to promote a reasonable diet and proper exercise to prevent the occurrence of metabolic diseases.
