中小水电作为清洁可再生绿色能源,历来受到党和政府的重视与支持。通过各级水利部门的不懈努力,我省小水电事业有了长足发展,截至2000年度,全省已拥有小水电装机31万千瓦,年发电量近7亿千瓦时。为贯彻落实党的十五大精神,尽快建立现代企业制度,完善水电国有资产管理机制,确保资产保值增值,推动全省中小水电事业持续健康快速发展,日前,省水利厅就我省水电国有资产管理及产权制度改革有关问题发出通知。通知要求:一、建立健全水利水电国有资产出资人代表制度
