ND_2内燃机车在上海铁路局运用以来,电子电压调整器故障较多。从1979年4月至1982年底全局共发生因电压调整器故障而造成的机破事故36件,占电器机破事故的12%;而且价格昂贵,每台达21000元。为了解决这一问题,我们一方面设计了故障励磁电路,以应急需;另一方面我们从提高电压调整器的可靠性,降低生产成本出发,对罗马尼亚原RAT-18电压调整器进行了改型。改造后的电压调整器经过二年多的运用,经受了各种气候和运用工况考
Since the ND_2 locomotive was used by Shanghai Railway Bureau, the electronic voltage regulator has more faults. From April 1979 to the end of 1982, there were 36 machine-broken accidents resulting from the failure of voltage regulators, accounting for 12% of the total number of motor-machine broken accidents; and the price was very high, reaching 21,000 yuan each. In order to solve this problem, on the one hand, we designed the fault excitation circuit to meet the emergency needs.
