为探讨复方龙马自来胶囊对脊髓损伤的治疗效果和机理,采用改良的Alen氏装置,以25×10g·cm重力造成T10脊髓损伤的动物模型,并随机分为中药组和对照组,以脊髓神经功能、损伤节段脊髓灰白质血流量、组织学及形态计量学分析、超微结构变化等作为观察指标进行实验观察。结果显示中药组动物髓鞘、神经元细胞结构恢复理想,脊髓神经功能、损伤节段脊髓灰白质血流量以及组织形态计量学分析结果均优于对照组。说明复方龙马自来胶囊可以阻止脊髓的继发性损伤,改善脊髓微循环,促进神经元及损伤神经纤维的修复与再生。
In order to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of compound Longma Zilai Capsule on spinal cord injury, a modified Alen’s device was used to induce an animal model of T10 spinal cord injury with a gravity of 25×10 g·cm, and was randomly divided into a Chinese medicine group and a control group. The neurological function, spinal cord gray matter blood flow, histological and morphometric analysis, ultrastructural changes, etc. were used as observation indicators for experimental observation. The results showed that the myelin and neuronal cell structure of the animals in the traditional Chinese medicine group recovered well, and the neurological function of the spinal cord, the gray matter of the spinal cord, and the histomorphometric analysis of the spinal cord were superior to the control group. This shows that compound Longma Zilai Capsule can prevent secondary injury of spinal cord, improve spinal cord microcirculation, and promote the repair and regeneration of neurons and damaged nerve fibers.
