目的观察新型氟保护漆对儿童唾液中变形链球菌数量的影响,从微生态角度探讨其防龋效果。方法随机选取26名适龄儿童,分为有龋组和无龋组。按涂氟操作标准对两组进行多乐氟(Duraphat请下载后查看,本文暂不支持在线获取查看简介。)的涂布,并收集涂氟前及涂氟后1小时、1周、2周、3周、4周、8周、12周的唾液,提取变形链球菌DNA,通过实时荧光定量PCR检测各时间节点变形链球菌的数量,并对其变化趋势进行分析。结果有龋组涂氟后变形链球菌数量与涂氟前相比呈明显下降趋势,且在第8周和12周差异有统计学意义(P_1<0.05);无龋组涂氟前后变形链球菌数量无明显变化(P_0>0.05)。结论多乐氟能显著降低有龋儿童唾液中变形链球菌数量,且抑菌效果持续时间较长,对龋易感儿童的防龋效果好,适合作为儿童防龋措施进行推广。
Objective To observe the effect of the new fluorine-protective paint on the amount of Streptococcus mutans in children’s saliva and to explore its caries-preventing effect from the perspective of microecology. CONCLUSION Dulcofluor can significantly reduce the amount of S. mutans in the saliva of caries-bearing children, and the bacteriostatic effect lasts longer. It has good effect on caries-preventing children with caries-susceptible children and is suitable as a measure to promote caries-prevention in children.
