构建知识生产函数,并将其融入多任务委托代理理论中,建立显性知识和隐性知识共享激励模型。通过模型分析影响知识共享激励系数的因素,同时创新性地引入知识共享效度概念。基于知识生产函数的显性知识和隐性知识共享产出具有良好的互补性,对显性知识共享的激励同样适用于隐性知识共享。但知识共享激励系数对两项任务努力水平的激励效应并不相同,激励的敏感度取决于两种知识共享效度的大小。
Constructs knowledge production function and integrates it into multitasking principal-agent theory, establishes the incentive model of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing. Through the analysis of the factors that influence the incentive coefficient of knowledge sharing, the concept of knowledge validity is introduced creatively. The explicit knowledge based on the knowledge production function and the tacit knowledge sharing output have a good complementarity, and the incentive for the explicit knowledge sharing also applies to the tacit knowledge sharing. However, the motivation effect of knowledge sharing incentive coefficient on the effort level of two tasks is not the same. The sensitivity of motivation depends on the validity of two knowledge sharing.
