取成年兔12只,分为两组,每组六只,以热吹风器对每只兔的双侧睾丸进行透热,每次十五分钟,隔天一次,共三次。另一组的六只,不进行睾丸局部透热,作为对照。于加热后7天与17天杀死动物。取两组动物的睾丸作光镜与电镜观察。同时用组织化学方法观察琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、3β羟固醇脱氢酶、6磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶与脂类,以衡量间质细胞的功能状态。实验结果表明,睾丸生精过程受到严重干扰,尤以精子细胞与精母细胞最为敏感。间质细胞的形态结构与组织化学未发现有任何改变。本文还对电吹风透热法作为男性避孕或绝育方法的可能性进行了讨论。
Twelve adult rabbits were divided into two groups, six in each group. The rabbits were perfused with hot hair dryer twice a day for 15 minutes every other day for three times. The other group of six, not to testicular local diathermy, as a control. Animals were killed 7 days and 17 days after heating. Two groups of animals were taken for light and electron microscope observation. Meanwhile, succinate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase and lipids were observed by histochemical method to measure the functional status of interstitial cells. Experimental results show that testicular spermatogenesis is severely disturbed, especially spermatids and spermatocytes are the most sensitive. No changes were found in the morphology and histochemistry of stromal cells. The article also discusses the possibility of hair dryer diathermy as a method of male contraception or sterilization.
