通过对彬长矿区蒋家河煤矿综放工作面掘进和回采期间巷道变形特征分析,总结了巷道变形机理,认为主要诱导因素为底板淋水软化后的塑性变形应力重新分布,造成巷帮和顶底板的变形加剧。蒋家河矿采取的联合补强支护和起底、扩帮、挑顶等一系列综合治理措施有效治理了软底巷道变形,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the analysis of roadway deformation characteristics of fully mechanized coal caving mining face in Binjia mining area of Binchang coal mine, the deformation mechanism of roadway is summarized, and the main inducing factor is the plastic deformation stress redistribution after floor water softening, resulting in alley and top floor Deformation intensified. A series of comprehensive control measures taken by Jiangjiahe Mine, such as combined reinforcement support and bottoming out, expansion and extraction, and top pickling, can effectively control the deformation of soft roadway and have certain reference significance.
