学生受家庭影响所获得的文化资本存在区别。在学校中,学生受到主文化的影响,在适应主文化的过程中,有些学生成为“不适应”的人。天资和遗传等生物特性更易被解释为个体成功的原因,然而人们却忽视了家庭、社会对于学业的重要影响。政府与学校作为公共服务的主体能够为个人提供各种获取文化资本的机会,使学生公平地获得学业成就成为可能。
There are differences between the cultural capital that students receive from family influence. In school, students are influenced by the main culture, and some students become “ill” in adapting to the main culture. Biological characteristics such as genius and inheritance can be more easily explained as the reasons for individual success. However, people neglect the important influence of family and society on their studies. As the main body of public service, the government and school can provide individuals with various access to cultural capital and make it possible for students to obtain academic achievements fairly.
