对汽车发动机用AM50合金进行了Er合金化处理,研究了Er含量对AM50合金组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,Er微合金化AM50合金组织中除了含有α-Mg相和β-Mg17Al12相外,还形成了Al7ErMn5相和Al3Er相;随着Er含量增加,合金的腐蚀速率表现为先降低后升高的趋势。腐蚀速率和腐蚀形貌的观察结果表明,Er含量为0.5%时的AM50合金具有最佳耐腐蚀性能;随着AM50合金中Er含量的增加,合金的腐蚀剩余强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在Er含量为0.5%时具有较好的腐蚀剩余强度。
The Er alloy was treated on AM50 alloy for automotive engine, and the effect of Er content on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of AM50 alloy was studied.
