When the wild fires blow through the spring, colonialism in many countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America is rampant. Many ethnic dancers have been severely damaged. In keeping with their economic and political dominance of the colonial and semi-colonial peoples, the old and new colonialists spare no effort in carrying out cultural aggression. In the occupied countries and regions, on the one hand, they are making every effort to limit and ban the traditional culture and arts of the local people.
