德育是中学教育的核心,它不仅影响人才的培养质量,而且决定人才最终的效用。当前中小学德育普遍存在低效的问题,我认为忽视道德学习个体主体性的道德人格养成,是造成德育低效的一个重要原因。把道德学习个体视为道德规范的被动接受者,强调灌输而轻视启发,无视德育的内化,把德育片面地理解为对学生意志和行为的限制与防范。在这种管教下,学生逐渐丧失了自我教育能力,也缺乏起码的独立思
Moral education is the core of secondary education, which not only affects the quality of personnel training, but also determines the ultimate effectiveness of talent. At present, there is a widespread inefficiency in primary and secondary moral education. I think it is an important reason for moral education to be ineffective because it neglects the development of the moral personality of the subjectivity of moral learning.
