用国产高强Ⅱ型碳纤维制备柱状微电极,测试与神经传导有关的Catecholamines类化合物的伏安曲线,结果与文献相似。比较石墨电极、微铂电极的结果,表明碳纤维微电极伏安技术更适用于有机物氧化过程的检测。
The columnar microelectrode was prepared with domestic high-strength type Ⅱ carbon fiber and the voltammograms of Catecholamines related to nerve conduction were tested. The results were similar to the literature. Comparing the results of graphite electrode and micro platinum electrode shows that carbon fiber microelectrode voltammetry is more suitable for the detection of organic oxidation process.
