研究运用多指标综合分析法、加权求值法、空间分析和聚类分析法等,以山东省为例,2003—2013年为研究时序,建立城市绿色发展水平指标体系,对不同层次指标进行分级分析,探索山东省17地市城市绿色发展水平情况。结果显示:山东省地市间绿色发展水平差异显著,呈现东高西低的空间分布趋势;由聚类结果并参考各类型城市资源环境状况、政策支持力度、经济可持续性水平等二级指标,地市绿色发展水平呈现高、中、低三种均衡型城市。继而针对分类情况,进行城市绿色发展限制性因素与驱动因素分析,为山东省绿色发展水平提高提供决策参考。
In this paper, Shandong Province is taken as an example to study the time series of multi-index comprehensive analysis, weighted evaluation, spatial analysis and cluster analysis, and the index system of urban green development level is established. The indexes of different levels are graded Analyze and explore the urban green development level of 17 cities in Shandong Province. The results show that there is a significant difference in green development level between cities and prefectures in Shandong Province, showing a trend of east-west high and low-level spatial distribution. Based on the clustering results, with reference to the secondary indicators such as resources and environment status, policy support and economic sustainability, The level of green development in the city showed three kinds of balanced cities with high, medium and low levels. Then according to the classification situation, the author analyzes the restrictive factors and driving factors of urban green development, and provides decision-making reference for the improvement of green development level in Shandong Province.
